Job descriptionOversee the operations of the advertising department and manage staff members effectively. Collaborate with staff, clients, or ad agencies to establish project goals, budgets, and timelines. Develop advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services. Monitor project progress from planning to execution, ensuring focus and evaluating effectiveness. Negotiate contracts, specifications, and terms with clients and external parties. Initiate and direct research efforts to inform advertising strategies. Collect, analyze, and present data to management, clients, and other stakeholders for decision-making.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in advertising management or marketing strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, brand promotion, and marketing plans.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent project management and negotiation capabilities.
