We are hiring for two exciting roles in the Non-Life Actuarial domain!

ROLE 1 : Junior Actuarial Analyst (Claims Analytics & Reserving)

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Qualifications : Minimum 2 actuarial exams passed

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Support setup of Non-Life actuarial analytics with a focus on claims analytics, insights, and reporting

Provide inputs to the actuarial reserving process

Interpret trends from monthly claims data , perform root cause analysis, and recommend actionable insights

Collaborate with data and actuarial teams to support business decisions

Skills & Tools :

Strong understanding of P&C insurance

Solid knowledge of actuarial / statistical techniques

Hands-on with tools :

R, Python, PySpark

Advanced Excel , Power BI

Awareness of industry developments and non-life insurance products

ROLE 2 : Senior Actuarial Analyst (Pricing & Data Modelling)

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Qualifications : Minimum 2 actuarial exams passed

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Support pricing and portfolio management across multiple P&C insurance portfolios

Build and maintain robust pricing models aligned with business goals

Develop data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and sufficiency

Drive innovation by improving models using new data and analytical techniques

Communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders

Mentor junior team members and manage project deliverables

Skills & Tools :

Deep experience in GLMs , machine learning , and pricing model development

Advanced knowledge of :

Emblem, Radar, or similar pricing software

R, Python, SAS, SQL, VBA

Advanced Excel

Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder handling skills

Experience working in international teams preferred
