Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO / Project Coordinator to support project delivery and governance activities across multiple IT engagements. The role involves working closely with delivery teams, clients, and senior management to ensure smooth execution and visibility into project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting across various initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentations on key metrics such as utilization trends, invoicing, delivery status, and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, and governance templates.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and deliverables.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and action items, ensuring they are communicated and resolved promptly.
- Participate in client and internal review meetings, taking ownership of follow-ups and reporting.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO function, helping drive process improvement and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and delivery governance standards.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
3 – 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or delivery support within an IT services or technology organization.Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Experience preparing reports and dashboards for management (utilization, resource planning, invoicing, etc.).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior management and clients.Ability to create and manage SOPs, process documents, and governance templates.Exposure to the technical or IT delivery landscape (applications, systems, or software projects).Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.Knowledge of resource planning, delivery governance, or PMO frameworks.Certification in PMP, CAPM, or Agile methodologies.Skills Required
