About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end hiring for Teva Pharmaceuticals positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for Teva or within the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various Teva Pharma roles (R&D, QC / QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Corporate, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates
- Source talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback loop, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver timely hiring updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance and hiring standards
- Track and report recruitment metrics regularly
Requirements :
1–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with direct exposure to Teva Pharmaceuticals hiringStrong understanding of pharma domain roles, compliance, and hiring processesExperience in sourcing niche and senior-level scientific / technical profilesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlinesStrong organizational and prioritization skills
