Job description

Role : HSE Manager

Qualification :

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering from recognized university (Regular).
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS / PDIS / DIS) recognized from state technical board.
  • Additional Certifications considered not limited : ISO 45001 : 2018 & ISO 14001 : 2015 Lead auditor, NEBOSH Diploma.

Experience :

  • Minimum 15 Years of HSE experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas.
  • Minimum 5 Years of HSE Manager experience in managing EPC projects in Oil and Gas.
  • Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Preparation & implementation of Project HSE Plan.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Company OHSEMS in the project overall functioning of project HSE Department
  • Project HSE Performance monitoring & reporting to Client, Head Quarters and HOD-HSED
  • Liaison with clients, project management & HQ in all HSE related issues.
  • Supplement Site HSE inspections & relevant HSE training at the jobsites falling under the regional administrative control in co-ordination with HSE IN CHARGE.
  • Conduct investigation of all near miss cases / accident / dangerous occurrences & recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • Investigate & analyses Incidents. Follow up to ensure implementation of recommended preventive actions at sites.
  • Identify PPE needs and ensure quality of PPE.
  • Co-ordinate Project Management in HSE Risk Management & periodic review.
  • Convene HSE Committee meeting & minute the proceedings for circulation & follow-up action.
  • Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE at workplace.
  • Impart HSE Orientation & organize Need based Training programmes to all project personnel as per Project Training Matrix.
  • Ensure Emergency Preparedness of Project and coordinate the implementation of Emergency Response Plan.
  • Role : HSE Engineer

    Qualification :

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering from recognized university (Regular).

  • Experience :

  • Minimum 7 Years of HSE experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas.
  • Job Description :

  • Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and project specific HSE Plan.
  • Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men, Machine & Materials, Plant & Machineries and other tools and tackles.
  • Creating HSE awareness through Pep Talk.
  • Conduct investigation of Incidents & recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems.
  • Inspection of PPE & ensure 100% usage of all required PPE.
  • Report to HSEM on all matters pertaining to status of HSE and promotional programme at site level.
  • Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.
  • Monitor administration of First Aid.
  • Conduct Fire Drill, Procure, inspect, and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers.
  • Role : HSE Officer

  • Job Description :

  • Patrol the work site periodically to verify that the work is carried out under safe conditions, with no violations of HSE requirements.
  • Assist to evaluate risk for all activities & integrate HSE requirements for effectively managing the risk while planning for the activity.
  • Advise promptly the construction supervisors and workers of the corrective action when any unsafe conditions or violations are observed.
  • Check each work procedure from the HSE point of view and advise the construction supervisors before commencement of work and / or while working in line with the Activity Risk Assessment.
  • Closely work with L&T HSE Officer and ensure that no contradictory work methods are practiced during construction.
  • Assist HSE IN CHARGE in preparing incident report & its investigation
  • Check on the use of all types of personnel protective equipment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain Daily HSE observation logbook at site
  • Support HSE IN CHARGE for HSE activities such as Training Program, Motivational & Promotion activities.
