Mobile App Video Editor + Creator

We are looking for a

creative and highly productive Video Creator

to join our team, focusing on performance-driven video ads for our mobile apps. This is a high-volume, results-oriented role where your work directly impacts user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and produce a high volume of engaging, short-form video ads

specifically for mobile app promotion across platforms like Google, Meta, and others.

Produce

5 finished video ads per weekday , totaling approximately 100 videos per month.

Work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager and Co-founders

to understand weekly video requests, iterate on concepts, and finalize creative assets based on performance feedback.

Stay ahead of current short-form video trends

and incorporate successful viral and creative elements into your work.

What We're Looking For :

Proven expertise in creating short-form video content specifically for mobile app advertising / marketing.

(This is not a long-form content clipping role.)

Expert proficiency in CapCut

(or an equivalent mobile-first video editing app) for rapid and high-quality production.

A strong understanding of mobile user behavior and what drives clicks / installs for mobile apps.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver a high volume of polished content consistently.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
