We are looking for an experienced Senior Core PHP Developer to lead backend ERP development, architect scalable modules, and ensure high performance across ERP and e-commerce systems. The ideal candidate must have deep Core PHP expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving backend excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules using Core PHP .

Write clean, reusable, well-structured code following industry best practices.

Optimize backend logic for speed, stability, and scalability .

Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.

Manage database architecture , optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.

Integrate third-party APIs and external tools seamlessly.

Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues within expected timelines.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT or equivalent.

3–5 years of strong, hands-on experience in Core PHP development.

Proven track record in leading backend development modules or projects.
