About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

French Language Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for

fresh graduates or entry-level professionals

who are fluent in French and eager to build a career in

business operations or procurement

to support procurement operations including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

Key Responsibilities :

Translate and communicate effectively in

French and English , both written and spoken

Support internal teams with

French documentation, email handling, and communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations

Assist in

procurement or supply chain tasks

(if applicable)

Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

Required Qualifications :

French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF / DALF / TEF / TCF)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)

Excellent verbal and written communication in French

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred (Not Mandatory) :

Basic understanding of

procurement / supply chain concepts

Experience in procurement systems such as

SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa

is a

plus

Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
