This role focuses on enhancing agent productivity through Agentforce while leveraging Data Cloud to deliver unified customer profiles and real‑time insights. The consultant will design and implement solutions that empower agents with data‑driven engagement strategies.Roles & Responsibilities- Implement Agentforce solutions to streamline agent workflows and improve contact center efficiency.- Configure and integrate Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and segmentation.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design personalized engagement strategies using real‑time data.- Support customer service teams with data‑driven insights to improve case resolution and customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions.Minimum Mandatory Skills- Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce.- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation).- Salesforce configuration and customization skills.- Understanding of customer service workflows and data‑driven engagement.Preferred Skills- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).- Exposure to Loyalty & Rewards module.- Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud or Data Cloud.Company Description-Indsafri believes in the limitless potential of individuals to create and build anything imaginable.
