About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Operations and Support Engineer to join our security team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing CyberArk environments including Conjur , Application Access Manager ( AAM) , and Core Privileged Access Security  (PAS) . This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and a passion for driving secure integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Maintenance

Monitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and Application Access Manager ( AAM) environments.

Perform routine health checks, patching, and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure.

Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of CyberArk services.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide L2 / L3 support for CyberArk Conjur, Application Access Manager ( AAM), and Core Privileged Access Security  (PAS) platforms.

Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues .

Collaborate with engineering and security teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Integration & Onboarding

Support onboarding of custom web applications and third-party systems .

Assist in implementing and maintaining custom connectors and plugins .

Ensure secure integration with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.

Share knowledge and best practices with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Hands-on experience with CyberArk Core Privileged Access Security (PAS), Conjur, and AAM .

Strong understanding of identity management, privileged access management , and security best practices .

Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, or automation scripting is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
