Job descriptionStrong programming experience in Python, PostgreSQL, XML Expertise in Odoo ORM and custom module development Good understanding of MVC architecture and Odoo framework internals Experience with JavaScript / OWL, QWeb, and API integrations Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Django) Understanding of ERP workflows like Accounting, Sales, and Inventory Knowledge of ERP domain and business process flows Hands-on experience in deployment (Linux, Odoo.sh, Docker) Contribution to the Odoo Community (optional but appreciated) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Good communication and teamwork skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying Odoo applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo module customization, integrations, and ERP workflows (especially in Accounting, Sales, and Inventory modules).
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop new modules and customize existing Odoo modules as per business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems — from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across Odoo modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, QA, UI / UX) for smooth project delivery.
- Perform version upgrades, maintenance, and deployment activities (Linux, Odoo.sh, Docker).
- Create technical documentation for modules and workflows.
