Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Team Member to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team in Pydibimavaram, India. As an MSAT Team Member, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement solutions
• Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Conduct statistical analysis to support process validation and control
• Participate in technology transfer activities for new products or processes
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation
• Support compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and equipment in manufacturing operations
