The role involves leading and overseeing the design team to create user-centered experiences and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring seamless user experience and visual aesthetics. The Design Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and brand identity.QualificationsProficiency in Mockups, Visual Design, and PrototypingStrong expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and implementing user-centered design methodologiesExperience and understanding of Front-End Development conceptsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with diverse teamsExperience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldExperience in financial technology design is a strong advantage
