Now we're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) or Upwork Bidder who can pitch clients from local and international markets and bring new projects to the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.
- Write professional and customized proposals / pitches to clients.
- Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to create proposals and quotations.
- Maintain a strong follow-up and convert leads into successful deals.
- Track and report weekly performance, pipeline, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Requirements :
1+ year of experience as a BDE / Upwork Bidder / Online Sales Executive (preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce services, website & app developmentExcellent English communication and writing skills.Good knowledge of Upwork & other freelance bidding platforms.Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.Ability to manage complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.What We Offer :
