Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our organization.

This individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 (customized implementation).
The Technical Team Lead will also manage client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of 3–4 members in incident management, service request fulfillment, and software enhancement projects for Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 customized implementation.

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive service delivery management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Demonstrated expertise in Navision v5 with hands-on experience in customized implementation.

Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
