We’re hiring a

Senior UI / UX Designer

to help us take our projects — and our clients — to the next level. This isn’t just another design role. You’ll lead design thinking end-to-end, create seamless user journeys, and bring visual polish and usability together in every interface.

We’re not just looking for someone to push pixels — we want someone who

thinks in systems, feels in interactions, and designs with empathy.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Research & Discovery

Lead user research initiatives including interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability studies.

Map user behaviors and emotional touchpoints to identify friction and opportunities.

Translate insights into actionable design strategies that influence both UX and UI outcomes.

2. UX Architecture & Strategy

Create detailed user flows, journey maps, personas, and mental models that align business goals with user needs.

Architect intuitive navigation and information structures that guide seamless interactions.

Facilitate design thinking workshops with internal teams and clients.

3. UI & Visual Design

Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using tools like

Figma

or

Adobe XD .

Develop scalable

design systems

and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.

Collaborate with developers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible experiences.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.

Communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Balance creativity with practicality — ensuring designs are both beautiful and functional.

5. Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback, insights, and best practices.

Review work for usability, consistency, and alignment with brand principles.

Stay current on UI / UX trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar.

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum

5 years of UI / UX design experience

in an agency, product, or consulting environment.

portfolio

showcasing both UX process and UI craft — from research to polished design.

Strong understanding of

design systems , usability heuristics, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in design tools ( Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD ) and testing platforms ( Maze, UsabilityHub , etc.).

Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you make your work resonate beyond visuals.
