Our store is not just a retail space, but a reflection of the brand’s warmth, detail, and customer care.

Role Overview :

As a Sales Executive at Aurika, you will be the face of the brand at our retail store. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, manage daily inventory movements, and ensure a positive shopping experience from welcome to feedback.

Location : Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : Sun–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM (with one weekly off)

Reporting to : Store Manager

Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces and explain product details
• Upsell and cross-sell products where suitable
• Process sales through POS system
• Collect and record customer feedback after each purchase
