Java Developer – C2H (Contract to Hire)

📍 Location : Chennai

🕓 Experience : 4–5 Years

🚀 Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Java 8 / 11 and modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java 8 / 11 .
Develop and integrate backend services using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch .
Work with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in Java 8 / 11 , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and Spring Batch .

Proficiency in JPA / Hibernate and Microservices architecture .

Solid understanding of Collections Framework and Design Patterns .

Familiarity with Maven , WildFly , or WebLogic (added advantage).

Working knowledge of SQL and relational database design.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

Basic knowledge of React or Angular (HTML, CSS proficiency is sufficient).

Exposure to front-end full-stack technologies .

Strong understanding of Agile methodology .

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Interview Process :

Round 1 : Technical assessment

Round 2 (Client Round) : Focus on Spring Boot API–based programming questions
