Description

The Clinic / Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient care, work towards sales closures and compliance with healthcare regulations. You will be accountable to achieve the sales objectives of the team members. Candidates with prior experience in any supervisory or managerial role preferably in beauty, healthcare, fitness, wellness or hospitality industry with sales background can apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and performance, providing training and development as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Note : The candidate needs to speak good English and Tamil.

Salary : Up to 45K per month.

Work Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing : 11 am to 7 pm (Sat and Sun will be working, Any one day off on the weekday)
