Job Description : Project Manager-Process-offshore O&G

Position :

Project Manager-Process-offshore O&G
Experience : 8-20 years

Position Purpose :

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and manage offshore process engineering projects through all phases—FEED, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Define project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables in alignment with client and company objectives.

Supervise the preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances , and process data sheets.

Review and approve process design calculations, simulations, and equipment specifications .

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth project integration.

Monitor progress, control costs, and mitigate risks through proactive planning and reporting.

Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and client standards .

Maintain high HSE performance and ensure implementation of safety procedures in all project phases.

Act as the primary client interface, ensuring effective communication and project satisfaction.

Technical Competencies :

Offshore process engineering projects through all phases

Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering.
