Affiliate Manager - Mobile

Job DescriptionAbout The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and analytical Affiliate Manager (Mobile) with 23 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and working closely with global affiliate partners and ad networks.You will be responsible for driving quality traffic, maximizing ROI, and scaling campaigns across multiple mobile verticals.Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and mobile publishers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and advertisers.- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, and optimization to meet client KPIs.- Monitor campaign performance on installs, clicks, conversions, and ROI.- Analyze traffic sources to ensure quality and detect fraudulent activity.- Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.) to track and analyze performance data.- Manage payouts, invoices, and reconciliation with affiliates.- Stay updated with industry trends, mobile marketing tools, and performance strategies.Requirements- 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile domain.- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPR, and other performance-based models.- Proficiency in campaign management, optimization, and data analysis.- Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.).- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analytics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Good To Have- Experience working with international affiliates or global ad networks.- Familiarity with mobile app verticals such as gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.- Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and traffic quality checks.Skills : affiliate,campaigns,mobile,ad networks
