Job descriptionProject 1 : CRM system development (1–2 months), including database architecture and app components Project 2 : AI-powered relationship and sales tools Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills Experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks Backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar Strong understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases Familiarity with AI development concepts (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, or ML integration) Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure DevOps or CI / CD pipeline experience Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) Knowledge of microservices or Docker Experience with automated testing Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment Strong communication and problem‑solving mindset Please send your resume, GitHub / portfolio links, and a brief introduction to [your email]. About the Role
We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) with exposure to AI-related development. This is a hands-on role covering front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and deployment. You will work directly with leadership to deliver two key projects : a CRM system and AI-driven relationship and sales tools.

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications
- Build responsive and high-performance front-end components
- Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations
- Design and manage databases for scalability and reliability
- Contribute to AI-enhanced features and workflows
- Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Manage deployment workflows and handle basic cloud infrastructure
