Responsibilities

• Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects.
• Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customization in the following areas – Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound / Outbound messages.
• Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms.
• Experience assisting / developing Oracle Field Service Plugins.
• Strong knowledge of the OFS Data Model
• Solutioning complex business requirements to deliver optimal results.
• Experience with web services standards and technology including JavaScript, JET, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards / Security etc.
• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support
