What You’ll Do :

Outbound Communication :

Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.
Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product / demo information and finalize bookings.

Demo Coordination & Allocation :

Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones.

Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Inbound Query Handling :

Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers.

Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs.

Data Management :

Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems.

Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For :

1–4years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).

Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Experience in managing field staff or logistical coordination is a bonus.
