Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our Subscriptions & DevOps engineering team. You'll be joining a mission critical group responsible for creating thoughtful, engaging, and forward looking solutions for our customers and partners using the SUSE Registry, private registry, and other critical components related to SUSE Customer Center. What you’ll do

Collaborate with other engineers and architects to implement features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and design new solutions for the SUSE Registry, private registry, SUSE Customer Center, and related services

Participate in technical design and code review processes

Contribute to existing documentation and / or educational content based on product requirements and user feedback

Contribute to maintaining a positive, healthy and inclusive learning culture

Work in a geographically distributed agile team

What you’ll bring

Expertise in container development

Experience working with Container Registries (e.g. Distribution, Harbor, Nexus or alternatives)

Software development experience with one or more general purpose programing languages (e.g. Ruby, Go, Python)

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis)

Experience in HTML, CSS & JavaScript

Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, AWS and cloud technologies

Ability to communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate different options with stakeholders

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, transparency, and drive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
