OpenText Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement OpenText solutions using best practices and coding standards.
• Workflow & Template Development : Create and maintain OpenText workflows, Smart UI configurations, and PowerDocs templates for document automation.
• Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between OpenText (Content Server / Extended ECM) and SAP systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Metadata & Records Management : Configure metadata models, document types, and manage records compliance within OpenText.
• User & Permission Management : Develop and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls in OpenText systems.
• Reporting & Analytics : Build and maintain OpenText Web Reports and dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
• Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct unit testing, resolve defects, and troubleshoot issues related to OpenText solutions.
• Documentation : Create technical documentation for solutions, workflows, integrations, and development activities.
