SAP GRC Risk Management Consultant - Onsite

Job descriptionCandidate should have 8-10 years of experience in SAP GRC Risk Management and SAP GRC Process Controls. Experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Risk Management framework to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while effectively identifying and mitigating risks across the enterprise. Experience with risk assessment methodologies, mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements. Working experience with business stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams to understand the organization's governance, risk, and compliance needs. This involves identifying key business processes and the associated risks. Expertise in translating business requirements into a functional design and then configuring the SAP GRC modules, specifically SAP Risk Management, to support the client's risk framework. Experience in assisting clients in identifying potential risks, assessing their likelihood and impact, and documenting them in the GRC system. This can include operational, financial, IT, and reputational risks. Collaborate with stakeholders, business process owners, and IT security teams to align risk control measures with business objectives Develop documentation, process flows, and reports on risk management activities. Train and support end users and business leaders on GRC risk management processes and responsibilities Design and implement risk mitigation strategies; oversee remediation and follow-up activities Identify, assess, and monitor risks across business processes and functions Organize and conduct risk assessments, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Experience in maintain and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure continuous compliance monitoring. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
