Position : - Scrum Master

Location : - Bangalore

Experience : -6–9 years

Your Role

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding Agile teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are upheld and delivery goals are met efficiently.

In this role, you will :

  • Coach teams on Agile mindset, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Work autonomously to enhance team transparency, communication, and delivery practices.
  • Share Agile knowledge and best practices with peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters in SAFe routine meetings to align and improve Agile practices across domains.

Your Profile

  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Technical background preferred to better understand and support engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in SAFe environments is a plus.
  • Passionate about Agile values and team empowerment.
