Pediatric Gastroenterologist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pediatric Gastroenterologist based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various pediatric gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders. The role will require collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients, along with maintaining detailed medical and patient records. The Pediatric Gastroenterologist will contribute to improving patient outcomes through the use of evidence-based medical practices and personalized care approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in pediatric gastroenterology diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedural skills
• Proficiency in patient care, including communication with both children and their families, and advising on nutrition and lifestyle adjustments
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as specialists and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with medical guidelines and up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric healthcare
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with specialization in Gastroenterology or Pediatrics
• Valid medical license to practice pediatric medicine in India
• Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience working with children in a clinical setting is highly desirable
