About The Role :
We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional to drive the investment strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation for Bharat Medicare.
This role sits at the intersection of investment, strategy, and business development, requiring both financial acumen and operational mindset.
You will work closely with Bio-nAbler leadership and the Bharat Medicare founding team to scale the company into a leading pan-India healthcare platform.

Key Strategy & Revenue Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
Market Expansion & GTM Design the national expansion roadmap (city selection, rollout models, partnerships).
Strategic Partnerships (Growth Identify and close partnerships with hospitals, insurers, diagnostic chains, corporates, senior care, pharma, and digital health platforms.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Work closely with product, operations, finance, clinical, and technology teams to align strategy and execution.
Stakeholder Management & Industry Build deep relationships with founders, investors, healthcare leaders, and key decision-makers.
Team Building & Mentor junior team members on investment and strategic work.
Must-Have MBBS degree (mandatory) strong clinical foundation.
Core Exposure to scaling early-stage or growth-stage healthcare ventures.
