About the Role :

Position : HR Operations

Location : Andheri (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities :

Onboarding : Handle end-to-end onboarding formalities for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Induction : Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and processes.

Employee Engagement : Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and initiatives to enhance employee morale.

Assisting in Payroll : Support the payroll team with attendance tracking, leave management, and data collation.

HR Activities : Coordinate various HR operational activities, documentation, and compliance support.

Handling Visits : Manage internal and external visitors, ensuring professional interaction and coordination.

Client Visits : Participate in or coordinate client visits as part of HR representation and relationship management.
