About the Role

We are looking for a VR / AR Experience Designer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on immersive environments, interactive design workflows, and extended reality user experiences.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate AI-generated VR / AR experiences, UI flows, and spatial interactions.
  • Evaluate responses related to immersive storytelling, real-time rendering, and interaction design.
  • Provide structured feedback on 3D design principles, gesture interfaces, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Assess AI outputs for usability, intuitiveness, and presence within XR environments.
  • Identify gaps in spatial awareness or design logic and suggest targeted improvements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in XR development platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebXR.
  • Experience designing for headsets (e.g., Meta Quest, HoloLens) and spatial UI / UX.
  • Strong understanding of 3D interaction, spatial navigation, and immersive feedback
  • Familiarity with VR / AR hardware, motion tracking, and user experience principles.
  • Interest in how AI and immersive technology can intersect to enhance real-time interaction.
