What you’ll do :

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a passionate team of engineers, fostering ownership and innovation.
  • Own end-to-end technical deliveries – from design to deployment, ensuring quality, timelines, and scalability.
  • Stay hands-on with design, architecture, coding, and code reviews.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into engineering workflows for smarter coding, testing, and project management.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions.
  • Build engineering best practices suitable for a fast-paced growing startup.
  • Experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and processes to continuously improve productivity.

Must Have :

  • BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • 8-12 years overall experience, with minimum 4 years leading tech teams.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end technical ownership and delivery.
  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage companies.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to remain hands-on.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in software development workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Good to have :

  • Exposure to SaaS or product-based environments.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams and setting up processes.
  • Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Experience scaling teams and setting up engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD and modern software development practices.
