Role Detail : Manager Outsourcing and Subcontracting

1) To take decision on L1 vendor for placement of purchase order

2) To discuss and negotiate with vendor

3) To ensure timely preparation of PO by buyer, FIM movement to vendor, departmental activity process control,

4) Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced product

5) New Vendor Development for Pressure parts, non pressure parts and attachment manufacturing

6) Development of outsource process for Pressure Parts manufacturing from vendor

7) Expediting

8) Troubleshooting

9) Driving Kaizen, 5S culture among team and at vendor location

10) FIM accounting and reconciliation for outsource item

11) Coordination with internal departments like QA / QC, F&A, Planning, PMG, Engineering, Production, Store, Logistics, SCM, Inventory Control etc

12) Digital initiative for process improvements
