Role Objective
The Field Marketing Executive (FME) will be responsible for building relationships with builders, architects, schools, contractors, and institutions to promote RPEM’s playground and outdoor fitness equipment.
The role demands regular field visits, lead generation, client presentations, and closing sales with a strong focus on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to builders, architects, schools, contractors, and government departments.
Promote RPEM’s playground, outdoor gym, and custom equipment solutions.
Generate new leads through site visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners.
Present brochures, flipbooks, and product catalogs to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, and site layouts.
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversions of leads into orders.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Maintain and update the lead tracker / reporting sheet daily.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate (BBA, MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0–3 years’ experience in field sales / marketing (fresher with strong communication may apply).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp Business for reporting
