Job Summary : We are looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to drive our ServiceNow strategy, delivery, and team leadership.

This role involves overseeing complex implementations, guiding clients through digital transformation, and building a high-performing ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the ServiceNow practice vision and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of ServiceNow professionals.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal Skills :
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
