Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and commissioning of rooftop solar PV systems (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, electricians, and civil teams at site.
• Monitor material receipt, quality, and consumption at site.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and report daily progress.
• Handle client/site owner coordination and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, earthing, and grounding.
• Support net metering, inspection, and handover documentation.
• Prepare daily site reports, installation checklists, and commissioning reports.
• Coordinate with the HO engineering/project team for technical clarifications.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Rooftop Solar PV systems (Modules, Inverters, MMS, DC/AC cabling).
• Understanding of single-line diagrams (SLD) and layout drawings.
• Familiar with electrical standards & safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.
