Casino Art Implementation Specialist

Job description1-3 years of professional experience as a Technical Artist or in a similar game development role. Proven experience working on shipped or live casino or video games desirable. Advanced skills with art creation software, mainly Adobe Photoshop . Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the communication gap between artistic and technical disciplines. Knowledge of AI tools is a bonus. Experience with 2D design tools (e.G., Photoshop, Illustrator). Communication : Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members. Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and solve complex technical challenges. An online portfolio is mandatory for screening. Candidates may upload a portfolio in a blog / free website and include the link in the CV.
As a Technical Artist with 1-3 years of experience, you will act as the crucial link between our Art and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring art assets are efficiently integrated into the game engine while maintaining the artistic vision and adhering to technical constraints. This role requires a blend of artistic skill, technical knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong focus on the unique demands of casino game development.
Responsibilities :
- Asset Implementation & Optimization : Integrate 2D assets (e.G., symbols, backgrounds, UI elements, animations) into the game engine maintaining the current art pipeline.
- Performance : Optimize art assets for size and performance across platforms without sacrificing visual quality on their own.
- VFX and Animation Optimization : Implement, and optimize visual effects (VFX) and in-game animations.
- Technical Problem Solving : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that arise during art implementation.
