Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners in the interior design and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct site visits and present design solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clientsUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to create customized solutionsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processHandle client queries and ensure smooth project handover to the execution teamChannel Development
Identify and develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, architects, and property consultantsBuild a network of channel partners to expand business reach in Gurugram and surrounding areasParticipate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking eventsCollaborate with real estate projects for bulk business opportunitiesMarket Analysis & Strategy
Research market trends and competitor activities in the interior design sectorIdentify new business opportunities and market segmentsProvide feedback to management on market conditions and client preferencesSupport marketing initiatives and promotional campaignsRequired Qualifications
Experience & Background
0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industriesProven track record in B2C and B2B sales with the ability to close dealsExperience in handling luxury or premium market segments preferredSkills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and HindiStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesProficiency in CRM and MS Office SuiteAbility to understand and explain design concepts and technical specificationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientsPersonal Attributes
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roleWillingness to travel within NCR region for client meetings and site visitsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fieldPrevious experience with residential interior design companiesKnowledge of interior design products, materials, and trendsExisting network in real estate or construction industryExperience with luxury home and office interior projectsCompensation & Benefits
