Responsibilities :
- Provide daily support for DMS and SFA users across regions
- Monitor application performance and ensure uptime according to SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; coordinate with vendors and technical teams for escalations
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights within DMS and SFA systems
- Gather user requirements and document issues or enhancement requests
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, bug fixes, and system upgrades
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and conduct end-user training sessions
- Generate and analyze reports related to sales, primary / secondary sales, daily transaction stock, claims, and schemes
- Ensure data accuracy within the DMS and SFA systems
- Proactively suggest process improvements and system enhancements to align with business needs
