Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide daily support for DMS and SFA users across regions
  • Monitor application performance and ensure uptime according to SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; coordinate with vendors and technical teams for escalations
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights within DMS and SFA systems
  • Gather user requirements and document issues or enhancement requests
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, bug fixes, and system upgrades
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and conduct end-user training sessions
  • Generate and analyze reports related to sales, primary / secondary sales, daily transaction stock, claims, and schemes
  • Ensure data accuracy within the DMS and SFA systems
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and system enhancements to align with business needs
