Rtifact is Looking for :

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced

startup environments and can take end-to-end ownership of cloud, DevOps, security, and

observability initiatives across our SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.

Manage and optimise Kubernetes workloads (EKS / AKS), including scaling, reliability,

and cost efficiency.

Own GitOps-based deployments using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Helm and cloud-native

CI / CD.

Build, maintain, and extend our open-source observability stack (Prometheus,

Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Jaeger, etc.).

Embed DevSecOps practices into every stage of the pipeline - security scanning, IAM

hardening, supply chain guardrails, runtime security.

Drive Cloud FinOps, including cost visibility, anomaly analysis, and resource rightsizing.

Automate everything possible - author scripts and tools in Python / Go / Bash to eliminate

manual tasks.

Own production incidents end-to-end : debug, remediate, and prevent recurrence.

Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure high reliability and

velocity.

Play a key role in shaping processes, culture, and technical architecture.

What We're Looking For

5-7 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE roles.

Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services, cloud networking, IAM, security, and

scalability.

Strong command over Kubernetes, container runtimes, service meshes, autoscaling,

and production-grade cluster operations.

Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, AI security, API security, and zero-trust

practices.

Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows and cloud-native CI / CD pipelines.

Hands-on with FinOps, cloud cost governance, and resource optimisation.

Proficient in at least one programming / scripting language (Python / Go / Bash).

Experience working in startups or high-pressure environments with ownership

mentality.

Strong debugging skills - you're someone who rolls up their sleeves and fixes production

issues head-on.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
