Technical Writing Manager

Job Description :

• Contribute significantly to enhancing our product and overall customer experience.
• 3-5 years of experience writing API and DevOps-related documentation.
• Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
• Creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for various types of publications such as paper, multimedia, or web-based.
• Combining product technical skills (such as repair, maintenance, manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, etc.) with technical documentation skills (like content generation, writing, editing, formatting) to produce high-quality procedures and documents for both internal and external customers.
• Staying informed about documentation best practices, formats, and templates.
• Learning new software, tools, and techniques for high-quality documentation that align with company standards.
• Ensuring the content of procedures / documents is translated to a level and language appropriate for the target audience.

MUST Have :

Any course on Cyber Security wil be an added advantage
