Job Description :
- Contribute significantly to enhancing our product and overall customer experience.
- 3-5 years of experience writing API and DevOps-related documentation.
- Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
- Creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for various types of publications such as paper, multimedia, or web-based.
- Combining product technical skills (such as repair, maintenance, manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, etc.) with technical documentation skills (like content generation, writing, editing, formatting) to produce high-quality procedures and documents for both internal and external customers.
- Staying informed about documentation best practices, formats, and templates.
- Learning new software, tools, and techniques for high-quality documentation that align with company standards.
- Ensuring the content of procedures / documents is translated to a level and language appropriate for the target audience.
MUST Have :
Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and YAML.Demonstrated experience with version control systems like GitLab, GitHub, or BitBucket.Familiarity with the concepts of containerized systems, such as Docker and Kubernetes.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with Document360.Proficiency in documentation tools such as XML editors, Arbor Text, Adobe FrameMaker, and MS Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.A bachelor's degree in engineering.Any course on Cyber Security wil be an added advantage
