Key Responsibilities :

Handle airline ticketing processes using GDS Amadeus, Galileo, & Sabre.

Should be able to handle cancellations, rebooking&aposs, and modifications as per customer requirements.

Should be able to assist passengers with inquiries related to flight schedules, pricing, baggage allowances.

Excellent communication Skills.

Should be able to provide prompt and professional support to resolve travel-related issues.

Liaise with airlines and travel agencies for updates, flight disruptions, and special requests.
