Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, managing candidate relationships, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a pipeline of top talent, utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools, and overseeing the onboarding process.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Ability to manage candidate relationships and coordinate with hiring managers

Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in talent acquisition and human resources is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
