Quantity Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced  Quantity Estimation Engineer  to manage material estimation and cost support for our real estate projects. The role requires accurate calculation of quantities for finishing and construction items, preparation of BOQs, and close coordination with the purchase team to ensure timely procurement and issuance of work orders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for tiling, flooring, plastering, painting, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in estimation.
• Prepare and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for budgeting, cost analysis, and tendering.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for vendor quotations, rate analysis, and finalization of work orders.
• Verify contractor bills against actual executed quantities.
• Maintain proper records of estimation, cost sheets, and material requirements.
• Provide support to project and site teams for cost control and planning.
• Ensure alignment between design, estimation, and procurement for smooth project execution.
