ServiceNow Practice Development Lead

Job Overview :

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth and development of our ServiceNow practice.

Main Responsibilities :

• Practice Development
• Develop and refine our ServiceNow portfolio, encompassing ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SPM, AI, and industry-specific solutions.
• Design differentiated offerings, IPs, accelerators, and frameworks to enhance go-to-market strategies and drive client satisfaction.
• Align portfolio development with ServiceNow's roadmap, market trends, and evolving client needs.
• Innovation & R&D
• Establish global ServiceNow centers of excellence and innovation hubs to foster next-generation solutions.
• Incubate cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI / ML, automation, cloud-native approaches, and industry-focused workflows.
• Sales Enablement
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to deliver ServiceNow expertise and innovation during key client engagements and deal cycles.
• Provide solution leadership and thought leadership to accelerate sales conversion and drive business results.
• Create reusable solution artifacts, playbooks, and collateral to streamline sales processes.
• Partnership & Alliance Management
• Nurture strategic partnerships with ServiceNow and complementary ecosystem partners to drive joint growth initiatives.
• Influence ServiceNow's roadmap and joint innovation agenda through strong alliance management and collaboration.
• Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Engagement
• Represent our organization at ServiceNow global forums, events, and industry summits to establish thought leadership.
• Publish influential content—whitepapers, blogs, and POV articles—on ServiceNow-driven digital transformation.
• Skills & Competency Development
• Design and implement a global ServiceNow competency framework to drive talent upskilling and certification programs.
• Mentor practice leaders and cultivate a pipeline of next-generation ServiceNow talent to ensure future success.
