We are expanding our digital development team and looking for builders who can craft intuitive, high-performance web and mobile applications with a strong design sense and an eye for user experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Web and App Developer who can design and develop interactive, visually appealing, and high-performing applications across web and mobile platforms.

This role involves end-to-end development, covering UI / UX design, responsive front-end builds, robust backend logic, and API integration.

You will also work on embedding AI-powered assistants (such as conversational chatbots and navigational AI guides) to create seamless user experiences for our products and client platforms.

You will join a cross-functional team working on internal tools and client-facing solutions at the intersection of AI, automation, and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web and App Development

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js

Build mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, or similar cross-platform frameworks

Develop backend logic and APIs using Node.js, Django, or FastAPI

Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all platforms

Manage deployment pipelines and integrations with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

2. UI / UX and Graphics

Create intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences

Design and refine visual assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva

Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency and accessibility

Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts

3. AI and Automation Integration

Integrate AI chatbots and virtual assistants using tools such as OpenAI Assistants API, LangChain, or custom LLM-based systems

Connect applications to APIs and backend systems to enhance interactivity

Experiment with conversational flows, natural language prompts, and real-time data integrations

Implement analytics to monitor user engagement and optimize AI-assisted experiences

Qualifications

1. Required

2 to 5 years of experience in web or app development

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)

Experience in backend development using Node.js, Python (Django or FastAPI), or similar frameworks

Familiarity with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility

Ability to independently manage the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment

2. Preferred

Experience embedding AI chatbots or assistants using OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks

Proficiency in UI / UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva

Understanding of DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines

Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Familiarity with web security practices and performance optimization
