Store Operations Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a focus on delivering business growth through sales conversions and expenses control.
- Prioritize store operations in line with established standards : Cash handling, Stock management, Visual Merchandising, Audits & Compliance.
- Drive profitability through sales conversions, upselling and expenses control.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Management Information Systems (MIS) and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage and motivate outsourced staff through daily rosters, briefings and development.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring Customer Engagement guidelines, smart staff allocation and effective escalation management.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in any fieldExperience : 3 to 7 years
