Sanmarg Hindi Newspaper is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Content Writer to join our digital editorial team. This is a desk job focused on writing, editing, and publishing high-quality Hindi content for our online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Hindi language, good news sense, and the ability to produce engaging digital content tailored for web and social media audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and publish accurate and engaging Hindi content for website, app, and social media platforms.

Create news articles, features, headlines, and short-form content optimized for digital audiences.

Rewrite and adapt print news for digital consumption.

Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.

Use SEO best practices to improve visibility and reach.

Work closely with digital editors and the newsroom team to maintain timely content flow.

Monitor trending topics, breaking news, and social media updates.

Upload and manage content through the CMS (Content Management System).

Assist in creating multimedia content (captions, short video scripts, social posts) when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong command over written Hindi (grammar, vocabulary, and news writing style).

1–3 years of experience in digital content writing, preferably in media or news organizations.

Ability to write quickly, clearly, and accurately under deadlines.

Basic understanding of SEO, digital trends, and social media platforms.

Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress or similar).

Good research skills and news awareness.

Ability to work in a fast-paced digital newsroom environment.
