Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Adobe Workfront to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Oversee the implementation and management of Adobe Workfront, ensuring optimal usage and integration with existing systems.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional development.

Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development methodologies.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and updates.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Mandatory Skills :

Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront, including configuration, administration, and best practices.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with other project management tools and software.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Experience in a similar industry or domain.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Proven experience in managing projects with Adobe Workfront.

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
